“This is the first time I’ve written a review— It upset me seeing a 1 star review for Bell Tech. I started going to them about 10 years ago when I was looking for some good machines for my work place— they always went out of their way to service our needs— somethings driving a couple hours just to deliver an adaptor that I needed that day (without charge!). The service was consistent whether it was for my work place or my home office. William has also helped me get a dead home computer up and running that I had purchased from them years earlier (no longer under warranty)— he spent time problem solving it with me on line, then sent me one of his hard drives so I could get it back up when he really didn’t need to help at all. Recently, with my own entertainment company, they provided all of our computers— and again, gave us quick and thorough service consistently.”
