  Great experience. Wasn't sure which ebike to purchase, but I sent a request to Rize, asking questions about the Bolt and I received a call and had all my questions answered. Shortly after, I ordered a Bolt, and it arrived in very good condition. Easy to put together and have had fun riding it. I still have not determined how long the battery will last - never gone far enough.
  It's a great deal, comparing to other ebikes and I'm very happy with it.

  My over all experiences with Rize bikes have been nothing but great and very satisfying as a customer.
  I purchased the blade model in July of this year and I ride it every day as my daily driver. I've already put more than 1,500 miles and all the electronics, motor, moving parts of the bike haven't given me any major issues.
  The cool thing is they actually care about their customers and products as they gave me a follow up call & asking how my bike is doing and if they can help in anyway.
  I would really recommend Rize to anyone in the market for an ebike.

  Well this is going to be easy, My wife and I are both retired and own a motor home, we've had folding bikes for years but now we're older and peddling is some what hard on us now so we decided to buy a pair of E- bikes . after a lot of research we found just what we were looking for at Rise Bikes. there perfect for us because of the distance you can ride between charging and the fact they fold up and load right in the RV. believe me when I say when we ride these around the neighborhood or break em out at camp sites the people go nuts, we love em and we tell everyone how great they are and so reasonably priced we think everyone should own a RISE BIKE!   I bought two RIZE bikes after seeing one on the dock in Victoria. Great bikes, very sturdy and powerful. Especially love the fact that they come with integrated lights, rack, and water bottle holder (super important!). Shipped quickly to my address in Seattle. Great follow-up support.

  Great Bikes, Excellent Customer Service
  
  My first two e-bikes were from other companies and although they were decent bikes they were no where near as nice, or performed as well as my Rize bike. I live in Pittsburgh a city with very steep hills (for example the 2nd steepest street in the world) and my Rize bike has no problem taking on almost any hill. My Rize Blade is a perfect bike to commute to/from work, or for groceries and is a lot of fun on trails and in the woods. The Blade is also great if you have kids and instead of getting a seat for them, you can put your kid on behind you similar to a motorcycle and feel safe that they are not going to get tossed or injured. I have called customer service a couple times for small issues (brake adjustments, and other minor tune up issues) and every time they have walked me through fixing the problem staying on the phone until I not only have the problem fixed but I am confident to fix it again if needed. The fact that Rize bikes offer not only a variety of bikes but a variety of sensors (torque and cadence) , motors (mid drive and rear hub) and battery sizes (14ahm and 19.2 ahm) makes their bikes much more versatile than many other e bikes on the market. I would definitely buy another Rize bike no questions asked, between the customer service and the quality of the bikes the price of the bikes are 100% worth it.
