  I have enjoyed Avana for about five years or so and enjoy the property very much. I think when you visit the property you actually will notice a few things. The first is a great manager and office staff who seem to seamlessly take care of all issues as they arise and many times before they arise. You will also see attention to landscaping trimmed where other management firms/apartment locations seem to get by with as little as possible. All maintenance items are handled quickly. Also, the location and efforts by management keep the property very quiet, and in a beautiful setting a block from the ocean. Kudos to everyone working here! Many thanks for making me feel welcome!

  A very nice apartment down ranchos palos verdes. A few walks away from the ocean and Terranea Resort, can do some jogging early morning and enjoy the view of the sea. With complete amenities such as swimming pool, gym, tennis court, parking areas (indoor and outdoors) dedicated home management team. Used to live here about 2 years ago. Can be quite expensive though and neighbors doesn't like noise too.

  The community is lovely. So peaceful and beautiful. Far enough away from the town to be quiet but close enough for convenience. Beautiful views of the ocean with trails that are perfect for a nice stroll or steady hike.

  I have lived here for six years. I met friendly neighbors, and we are sharing the pleasant time together. The community manager is capable and kind, and the maintenance team is polite and timely.
  Now, this apartment is going on the renovation; I look forward to
  it becomes beautiful. I am enjoying living this apartment community.
