An amazing spot to soak in the gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean! There is a lot of seating around the park, clean restrooms, and plenty of parking. What more could you ask for? Unfortunately the actual museum was closed when we went for the holiday, but I’m sure it’s informative and exciting as well. Loved visiting this place!!
What a wonderful hidden gem. Best place in LA to whale watch from the shore. Go and learn about the area at their museum, then walk along the bluffs and watch for whale spouts!
This is a nice laid back place to visit if you're into long strolls or easy hikes. If you're staying at the nearby Terranea Hotel it's a perfect way to walk off that big meal. A small and wholesome information center is on the property where you can see the bygone days of the peninsula and buy a few commemorative pins or magnets
This is a hidden jewel. Come out here and sit on the grass or the concrete bleachers and watch the whales migrate. They have free loan of high quality binoculars. The Starbucks 1/2 mile away might be the world’s prettiest view from a fast-food coffee joint. But their line is often long and does not move fast.
