    I have known Dr. Melis Alkin for over 20 years as a student, colleague, and friend. She is down-to-earth and easy to connect with. She reads people very well and can adjust her communication style for the needs of the situation and person. Dr. Alkin takes great care in creating a supportive environment for her clients and colleagues. She is highly analytical and thinks deeply about psychological issues. Dr. Alkin is also very aware of current ethical guidelines and laws. If I have a question about law/ethics, I will speak with her and she will know. I am always very confident with her feedback.
