  Edgar and his team are the best property management team I’ve ever worked with. I have them manage 3 different properties and they are always prompt, professional, and most importantly they are problem solvers (getting rid of bad tenants, fixing issues, etc). I also appreciate how they shop around for services/maintenance requests in order to save me money. I plan on giving all of my future rentals to them to manage.

  Casa team has been great to me. I have a property in Gardena and they have done a great job managing it for last 2 years. Very happy with their service. If you are reading this review I recommend that you use their services and you will not be disappointed . Thanks Casa Team for taking such god care of my property.

  The absolute best property managers you can ask for. I have to call out Edgar and Ana. I've just never had two people be more concerned about your situation not just as a tenant, but as a person. They don't just want to make sure that your issues are resolved, they want to make sure you're all set personally. Just have to thank them for being so speedy in resolving the very minimal issues I had as a tenant and for just being good people. If not for my job relocation, I'd have stayed longer. Regardless, thank you for an amazing year!

  The Best property Management my husband and I ever worked with. Edgar and his team are very hand's on and very considerate. I feel like they don't only treat you as tenants but as Family.

  I love where I live and Ana and Edgar at CRI have been great. They have a convenient and easy to use on-line system to pay rent and ask for repairs. I haven't had any real issues and the little one I did they addressed right away. I'm very happy here ;)
