  I had the best experience at my first time at YogaCycle! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was nervous since I'm new to the area and pretty new to spin/TRX but the instructor, Lisa, couldn't have been nicer! She helped me set up my bike and told me to go my own pace. The classes are challenging but also fun. Everyone has a great attitude and it's an awesome environment to be in. I bought a membership immediately after my first class. John was there to welcome me, help me sign in, give me a tour of the gym and explain in detail the membership options. He even gave me a reference paper to help me buy spin shoes. I can go on forever about this place! I'm excited to continue to grow at this gym.

  Its a tough first visit. I did love the way I felt 2 to 3 days later. will try again. I was told the more you do the cycling the easier it get. Thanks the the teacher being extremely helpful

  Great studio very clean and welcoming! Staff is amazing and Victoria is an incredible instructor. I was amazed to see all the variety they have to offer and will be back! Also side note burned 834 calories in the spinning class! #earnyoursnacks
