All of my co-workers have been giving me compliments! I have been telling all of my friends to start working with Redondo Fitness. The workouts are fun and I actually look forward to meeting up with my trainer ( I used to hate working out). Actually looking forward to the upcoming beach season and will no longer be ashamed to walk around all the fit South Bay people in board shorts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
