I feel truly blessed to have found this perfect place! Ryan is an amazing trainer! There is Max 6 ppl per class, he is constantly engaged with you as an individual and the group. I had never lifted weights before he made me feel so comfortable with how to use them and the correct form. He continuously makes sure you are doing the right form and are okay with the weight. He pushes you to do and be your best without yelling at you or making you feel uncomfortable! He also works with you on your meal plan to find out what best fits your lifestyle which is so important. It's individualized meal recommendations that are reasonable with your schedule and what you like to eat. I started on 10/27 at 135.4 lbs i was weighted 12/10 at 130 and I've lost 7.25inches in total. Thank you Ryan

Usually when you think of a personal trainer (and “boot-camp” training) you may think of that of person as someone who is going to drill you like you’re in the military…well, Ryan (Let’s Go Fitness) is the exact opposite. In my search for group training I was lucky to have found LGF right away, but I was very particular when it came to selecting the right trainer for me. I have had personal trainers on and off for almost 20 years so I kind of knew what works for me. If you’re like me, I did not care for blazing music to where I can’t even count the reps, or someone in my face yelling at me (for my own good) but none the less that just doesn’t work for me, or the trainer that is so extreme you have nightmares just thinking about training. Ryan is the best trainer I’ve ever had, it’s like he plays Jedi mind tricks and the next thing you know an hour has gone by and you feel great. Don’t get me wrong, you will put in the work and his workouts are never boring. He’s structured and organized yet FUN and the atmosphere is very playful (btw, there is music, LOL, but you don’t feel like you’re at the club standing next to the speaker). The best way to know if LGF is for you is to just try it out. You will NEVER feel pressured to commit to anything, the rates are pretty amazing and worth every penny…I cannot think of anyone better to help you in your journey to a healthier you!

Ryan is the perfect trainer. He works very hard to provide the best service to his clients. His workouts have awesome variety and are very creative. They are designed for whole body health (no Popeye arms with chicken legs). Ryan doesn’t just string random exercises together. . . each activity has a purpose. I could never replicate the work outs I get at Let’s go fitness at home because; I don’t have the space, the variety of equipment, and the exercise knowledge. I without Ryan I would be doing the same carpet jam video at home every day . . . getting bored and giving up. And most importantly Ryan always encourages you to push yourself harder and get a better workout. He is an ideal example of a coach!

Working out with Ryan is the best! His workouts are always new and exciting. He is fantastic at challenging you to push a little further than you thought you could, but also knows when you need to scale back or modify to keep your body safe during a workout. Ryan's workouts are perfect for overall fitness- they aren't some crazy hardcore workout regime that will have you burnt out by the end of the second week. After the end of the first month, I noticed myself feeling leaner and stronger, but still as energetic about the classes as when I first started. He measures your progress not only in pounds and inches, but also in what you become capable of over time. My first day, I struggled to push the prowler the second lap, and a few weeks later Ryan encouraged me to go for a third round- and I discovered that I could! These kinds of victories are often more rewarding than worrying about a number on a scale.

The class sizes are perfect for having both an incredible amount of personalized attention but also a nice social aspect. There's also a great support group for all members, where Ryan will share updates, encouragement, healthy recipes, or bonus workouts. The community is really warm and welcoming, and everyone is wonderfully supportive and happy to cheer each other on.

Ryan also provides valuable support for nutrition. He has you log your food in MyFitnessPal, and then every week has you submit a nutrition summary for a check-in. He makes sure to work with your individual goals and then gives you metrics to strive for every week. He will look through your log and make recommendations about where you could make changes to increase your health and results. This is entirely optional, and he never pushes or makes you feel uncomfortable about it. His critique is entirely constructive and positive.

I highly recommend training with Ryan! You won't regret it!

Ryan is an excellent trainer. No intimidation or yelling or focusing on his own issues (had another trainer once that could not stop talking about his baseball injury and how every exercise we did was to avoid an injury like his).

Ryan makes adjustments to go at your speed, while somehow--not sure how he does it--make you work harder than you thought you could. So always sweating and sore and feeling rewarded for a tough work out but in a friendly personalized atmosphere.

Now that Ryan has his own place, no interruptions. He designed it for his style of training. At first, it makes you wonder how this could possibly push you to your limits or be a good workout. But, just after the first session with him a while back, I realized how out of shape I was, and how effective his workouts are.

I used to think that I don't need a trainer, could do this on my own. But, never on my own, in the same amount of time, have I had such a quality work out. Now, I am sold on the value of a trainer. I also take yoga classes, so really liking the group training, as I get so bored at the gym on my own. The type of people in Ryan's work out classes are varied but all nice. It seems that Ryan attracts nice clients, so it makes for a good small class of 2 to 6 or so people. This is much better than one-on-one in my opinion because I don't want all the attention and to be stared at the whole time. Ryan is there the whole time, no further than 20 feet away from all students, and gives instructions the whole time, and times it the whole time, and gives feedback as needed, but gives you your space. For example, once I had a cramp and he gave a tool and special stretch exercise to make it go away, and it did go away, and I jumped back into the workout--fastest recovery from a cramp ever.

Overall, a socially-comfortable place for physical self-improvement. Two thumbs up.

I've been going to Let's go Fitness for about 2 1/2 months so far and have been really pleased with ... the results. I wasn't working-out or even staying consistently active for a while, so I knew I needed a kick start to hold myself accountable to going to the gym regularly.
