He puts service in customer service.. I mean the dude just goes beast mode on making sure you walk out the door with a smile... In fact I have no clue why he is just at the store level.. and why t mobile has not recognized his talent... And made a regional manager of customer relations do he can train everyone at the store level how to represent t mobile the right way and always leave the customer smiling..
I mean you literally should be praying to him cause he is a God when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction.
