  A studio that treats you like family! I loved the variety of the classes offered and special shout outs to Elyse and Nicoal who always kicked my butt but made it fun! It's my favorite way to start and/or end my week.

  Soul Fitness LA is the perfect yoga studio for someone who wants to practice in an unpretentious environment. I truly feel as though I can come as I am, even if I don't own a single pair of yoga pants. It has a wide variety of instructors who teach a variety of yoga styles and levels and who are authentically dedicated to their students' wellness. I also really enjoy the other students, who are always welcoming because of the positive environment that Manuri has created. I highly recommend Soul Fitness LA!

  I love coming here! All the instructors have good energy and are so friendly and positive (my favorite is Manuri). They are very knowledgeable and explain what many of the poses help with, they also offer plenty of modifications for different levels. The studio offers many different types of yoga (including prenatal/postnatal) at many different times, it’s so easy to find a class that fits my schedule. Also, it’s convenient that I can sign up and pay online. You can take classes in studio, at the beach, or at the park! They have so many options! Every time I take a class, I leave feeling refreshed and in a good mood the rest of the day, not just from the practice itself but the connection with the instructor and fellow yogis. This is definitely my yoga hOMe ;)

  What can I say, I LOVE Soul Fitness LA! This community-oriented studio has a variety of classes suitable for all levels and every practice preference. Soul Fitness seriously has it all - from power to yin yoga (and everything in between) and even special workshops such as Pranic Healing and sound therapy on the weekends to help you de-stress and relax. Each instructor is very knowledgeable and professional, providing you with a comfortable, safe environment to practice, whether you are a beginner or advanced yoga practitioner. Two thumbs up and 5 stars, all the way ! ❤🙏❤ Namaste
