I brought my 10-year-old son to get his haircut, after much pleading and negotiating. He HATES to get haircuts, mostly because he has a sensitive scalp and he says it always hurts. We had been to this location before and had Jeri, with great results, so I was hoping to get an appointment with her again. I was disappointed to see that she wasn't working that day, but saw good reviews about Patty, so I booked with her. Turns out to be the best decision ever! We waited a few minutes after our online check-in time, but when Patty called my son's name, we walked to the chair and I told her about his sensitivity, and how he was very unhappy to be there. She could not have handled it better! She gently began chatting with him to built rapport, and was very gentle with everything she did during the cut. She repeatedly asked him if it hurt, or if he was feeling ok. At the end of the haircut, he looked at me and said, "mom, she's GREAT!" And his haircut LOOKED fantastic, too! From now on, we are loyal customers!

Jerry cut my curly hair into a perfect bob. I styled it at home and was very happy. This place is ala cart so be sure to schedule washing and drying if that's what you want. I give her five stars as my hair both curled and straightened with purfect style and volume.
