The staff is great! The view is amazing... And you can enjoy a cigar while you are there.

I feel like this pace could be great with little effort.
CONS:
Small portions on food.
Not many items to choose from.
Pretty much everything is fried.
Very little selection in beer.
Waitress could have been better
PROS:
On the water.
Bar seating over looking the water.
Good music.
Bartender made strong drinks.

Great open air bar right on the water, good appetizers too. Fried pickles, pretzel bites, southwest egg rolls.
The casual dining area is on the other side and enclosed but with windows overlooking the river.
We were there more for the vibe, the view and a beer or bloody Mary. Great service.

2023 update: they have brought in a new barge which has an open air upper deck. They also seem to have more staff than in previous years, so the service was faster. Most of the menu is fried food, burgers or sandwiches, but they do offer a large salad with grilled chicken.

Dr. David Antion is, in my opinion, a very learned and very capable person who is able and willing to help others with Bible-based instruction and insight. He is a caring individual, a long time pastor, and, from what I have experienced, a man who truly loves to help others.
Guardian Ministries is a world influencing body of Believers who are making a difference.

Dr Antion's messages are a breath of fresh air compared to those of Church of God groups. He preaches the Bible and its teachings instead of taking Scripture out of context to "prove" some prophetic interpretation or "special" insight understood by only a particular Church of God denomination.

I download and listen to every posted Sermon while driving.

My wife and I often watch the streaming video Services by connecting a laptop to our HDTV and surround sound system.

Dr. Antion's teachings on health should be followed by everyone. Medical expenses would be greatly reduced and better health would be enjoyed by all, IMHO.

I love Guardian Ministries and David Antion. His sermons are always so well-thought out and timely. They are, first and foremost, biblical. In addition, they are encouraging and educational, seasoned with a little humor, blended with Old and New Testament teachings that help listeners strengthen their journey of faith and deepen their relationship with God.

I watch your program every Sabbath on the Internet by hooking it up to my TV for better picture quality and sound...... Your messages of late have truly been inspiring..... I also appreciate the lack of political comments (as most other sites spend as much time preaching politics as they do God's Word).....
I also download all your messages to MP3 so I can listen to them unimpeded on my daily hikes... Seems every time I listen I learn a something I had missed the other times..... Your messages are truly inspired....
If I can give a suggestion as to your videos. I think your camera is recording on the wrong setting..... It is set on too low of lightening which causes a strobe effect and the strobe effect increases greatly when the picture is enlarged..... My camera works just like that, so that is how I know..... The setting is on now is for near total darkness and should not be necessary.....
I let everyone I know when you are on and they have also been watching in distant states...... I do not generally recommend any COG Ministers to friends these days, but I feel you preach without agenda and I like that a lot.....
Also, I find myself speaking in superlatives when I comment on your messages.... Please understand I do not do that as an evaluation of your abilities to preach and teach, but I do so because of the way they effect me personally......
I just wanted you to know you are greatly appreciated as a breath of fresh air among the COG groups.....
