Pros:
- Professional and knowledgeable
- Patient to explain for me and my husband about our options so that we could understand well
- Explained everything I asked very detailed and clearly
- Very punctual
- Multi-languages speaking. This helps me a lot because my husband speaks English and I speak Cantonese.
Con:
Well, so far I have not found any. Maybe a minor one that you better make appointment in advance because he seems to be busy.
