Peter F. Schabarum Regional Park

Beautiful park and very well kept up. You wouldnt believe this was here considering the area its in. Wonderful place for parties, family outings, walks or picnics.

A county regional park. Kind of rough,in no way manicures but has open spaces. There is tai chi in the morning,tennis courts, horse trails and horse riding. Many picnic areas.

Big park; restrooms near the parking area. Expect to pay a parking fee on the weekend, which helps maintain the park. Plenty of shade near the parking and restrooms.

The trails can range from moderate to fairly difficult depending on which ones you take. Their are horse trails you can follow and some get really steep. Others are longer and meander along at a much gentler slope. Some of the trails have some shade but be prepared with a hat.

This places get fairly busy in all areas, from the park grass to any of the back trails, so expect to see people.

This is a huge park with lots of terrain for hiking. Great for those family bbq or picnics. Plenty of solitary spots for you lovers. Beautiful scenarios such as at the wedding gazebo. The park's crew are very friendly and always helpful. Plenty of fun for all!

Awesome park space which many many people enjoy. I come here with my dogs to take a nice walk or a decent hike around the trails. There are cherry blossom tree's that bloom seasonally too which makes for nice pictures. Overall great park and I do recommend checking it out and taking it for a hike.
