Very good experience for my first time visit. Staff was nice & professional and the Dr was a sweetheart.
Years ago, the company I worked for changed their medical plan and I lost Norma and her excellent staff as my primary doctor. I was beyond upset because the one I got stuck with walked in, looked at his watch and before I knew it, he was gone again. I have never felt like that at Norma's office. Every time I went in, I was greeted with a smile and with the utmost respect. Recently, the new company I started working for set me up with medical insurance and I got my card in the mail with a note saying that they randomly selected and doctor in my area and I was so happy to see Norma Bachoura's name. I am so glad to be back under her CARE.
