This place is amazing. I brought my kitties who were diagnosed with fever by South Glendora Animal Hospital where we waited outside their clinic under the heat. I met the vet and got a clear understanding of his findings. The vet tech are amazing too, gave me good recommendations and even cleaned up after my kitty who was very stressed during the back to back ordeal!
I wish all veterinarians were this easy to work with!
When we had an emergency with one of our dogs, this was the only vet that would see us.
They were super caring, communicative, and the service was great. Also, they didn’t treat my large pit bull like some kind of monster, putting a muzzle on him right away. They trusted him, and he let them do what they needed to. No muzzle needed.
Plus, they called me the next day to see how he was doing. That’s never happens to me before.
I wish I lived closer so this could be my regular vet. I still may make the switch…
Extremely pleased with the wonderful care and attention our beloved cat received at Via Verde Animal Hospital. Dr. Awad and the entire staff, especially Sara and Betsy, were extremely knowledgeable and professional, showing great and loving care to our pet. They quickly diagnosed his illness and treated him promptly to alleviate his discomfort.
My little chihuahua terrier mix, Basil had what I thought was a UTI. I just moved to the area so I hadn’t established a vet yet, and so I called Via Verde Animal Hospital. They were able to get me in right away. I was extremely nervous because the vets around here only do curbside and Basil does not like strangers. You could also say I’m an over protective dog mom lol. The tech who came out and got her was so kind, and immediately calmed my nerves.
Once I talked to Dr. Kumar he was hands on, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time diagnosing Basil. I also liked that he acknowledged that I feed my dogs raw and didn’t dismiss it as other vets have in the past.
When they brought basil back out to me she wasn’t in any distress at all, the tech also seemed very comfortable holding her and I was so relieved. Overall I had a really great experience and would highly recommend going here.
I started bringing my 17-year-old chihuahua here a couple of months ago and it’s become her regular veterinary office. The doctors and staff are always very friendly and helpful. I take my little sister’s 10-years-old chihuahua to Banfield as her regular veterinary office but I can definitely tell the difference between the two offices and the way in which they care for their patients. Everyone at Via Verde cares for the patients as if they were their own pets. I can feel calm knowing that my chihuahua is being well taken care of at this office. The staff members are always willing to take the time to answer questions. And I like the fact that they allow walk-ins.
