“My wife and I saw a taco stand while driving down Laurel Canyon Dr and by the looks of it, it looked pretty legit (authentic). They were just setting up, so I decided to come back within the hour. We did and, am I glad we did. I had two tacos de pastor, one taco de buche and one taco de carne asada. All of them were delicious. Their salsas sealed the deal! They were so rich and savory. You condiment your tacos yourself. They have four salsas, onion and cilantro, cucumbers as well as salsa con nopales (cactus) and what I believe is "cebolla desflemada". They also offer canned sodas and agua de horchata. They offer multiple meats, among them: Pastor, Asada, Tripa, Buche and Chicken. Besides tacos, they offer burritos and "mulitas", which I believe are cheese and your choice of meat in between a couple of tortillas "doradas" (toasted?). I believe they are cash only. They don't have tables/chairs. Regardless of the small inconveniences, the taste of their meats and salsas definitely make this taco stand a keeper.”
