When I went to Willy's office and requested him to become my agent, he was so polite and helpful. He found out my insured property had the wrong address on it. So the pervious agent (Elain and her son Greg insured the wrong property and my rental didn't have insurance. ) I contacted Willy several times and even cancel one appointment with him but he was so patients to my complicated rental properties and cut my mistakes during the rewriting new policy.
