Love the gym! Awesome space and the owner is top notch.
This is the best of best training gym you will ever find. I am extremely impressed with how professional these trainers are. They really dig in and focus on you and what your personal needs and physical goals. These are small group training classes but the classes feel like one-on-one training. They will push you really hard and won't let you squirm out of getting to the end. If you are serious about your fitness but have a hard time pushing yourself, you will adore this place!
Best workouts I've ever had. Justin, the owner gives personal attention to all of us and he's so cool. My body has never looked better. Thank u everyone at Studio Physique!
I have never plateaus. It is a dynamic, ever changing workout led by someone that - without screaming- motivates you to push harder and believe that you can. My husband and I have been coming for years and we both feel challenged and excited to be part of this gym.
Far and away the greatest gym I have been to. Every time it is a new work out and Justin makes it fun for everyone in there. Highly recommended
