Willy Lam: Allstate Insurance

After moving to SoCal, I decided to shop around for a new local insurance company. I was referred by a friend to call Willy for a quote. He was very helpful and was patience enough to explain what some coverages mean. A year later, I received my notice for renewal, I called Willy for add’l questions and to make some adjustments to my policy (he returned my call after I left him a voicemail). I also added the renter insurance which was a better deal when bundle with my auto ins. I’m just glad all the paperwork can be done online. You can also stop by his office if that’s easier for you. His staff was helpful and friendly. I would continue to refer Willy and Allstate Ins to my friends and families.

Willy Lam is a very helpful agent. My house was insured with another Allstate insurance and she was a nightmare for me. When I went to Willy's office and requested him to become my agent, he was so polite and helpful. He found out my insured property had the wrong address on it. So the pervious agent (Elain and her son Greg insured the wrong property and my rental didn't have insurance. ) I contacted Willy several times and even cancel one appointment with him but he was so patients to my complicated rental properties and cut my mistakes during the rewriting new policy. I recommend Willy strongly for Allstate insurance to my friends. Also, his assistant is very polite. You can reach Willy very quickly by end of the business day. Very good at returning the calls.
