“I have lived here since 2009 and I own my home. I have never had an issue. The community is clean and always looks nice. I feel safe here and would have no problem walking in the community at night. Everyone seems to watch out for each other and their safety. A good place to live. There are people who will complain about the rules but that is what keeps it nice here. Its more like a subdivision than a trailer park. Sure, the lot rent goes up every year but so does property tax if you own a house. Everyone that visits me for the first time, is surprised how nice it is here and how it does not look like a normal trailer park. That makes me proud to live here.”

“I cannot recommend Raymond and Brighter Optical highly enough. I had a pair of frames with a broken leg. I'd been to multiple stores and none of them had the part, and none of them had any interest in repairing them. Raymond made time for me on a busy Friday afternoon and had the frames looking good as new in an hour, at a great price. He knows his trade and clearly cares about his work. Also I want to buy a pair of new glasses for my girlfriend, he went out of his way to find a few frames that fit her face. Finally I end up buying a Gucci frame, My girlfriend was happy with his choice. I was thrilled with his patience, fantastic service. I'd go back to the shop next time we need eyewear!”
