Great place to study all day!

You can also use their computers all day if you don't bring your computer. Other libraries won't let you use more than 2 hours a day. However you're allowed to use 2 hours at a time. Then just sign up again. The service is also great!

The staff are friendly, the building is beautiful and quiet. You don't feel harrassed, stalked, degraded and dragged down in any way.

Before stating my experience, I want to mention that there is plenty of parking at the back of the building although the address is pointing towards Huntington. If you're having trouble finding a place to park, just go around through West Dr., and you will find many spots to occupy.

My experience here in applying for a new US passport was very pleasant. They do walk-in through the week, and appointments in the weekend. As you enter through the front, check in by signing your name on the clipboard along the left most side of the desk. They can also take your picture for the passport on the spot also, just know there is an additional fee for that service, and payable with cash or check. However, the actual passport itsself is payable through check or money order, no cash.

Just remember that you will need the original documents of your citizenship, name change or what have you, so be prepared for that as well.

They made my fees and the instructions for me very clear. I was very comfortable with the process and the guidance.
