Great area to be. Brittany made my move in process extremely easy and communicative. I’m happy to be apart of the Auburn Pointe community. Grateful for the help of the Auburn Pointe staff and look forward and very excited to be here. Thank you Brittany for being such a tremendous help to me and thank you Auburn Pointe.

I am not yet a resident but hope to be soon. I just wanted to thank Brittany for being very nice and very pleasant in working with me thru the application phase. She was very polite and I just wanted to say thank you. Hope to be a resident soon.

Well first off I hope me and my family will be a new resident there because so far the gentleman Q was very helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions we had he answered them. I really hope we will have the experience to live here at Auburn Pointe.

I just wanted to say I have loved Brittney from the very beginning she is super sweet, very informative, understanding, she was very helpful getting us in to our new apartment in the beginning and at first it was gonna take a little longer than originally planned to get in but she kept us in the loop the WHOLE time and we ended up getting in earlier. Que is another whom I love that is very pleasant to talk to. Ordered a washer and dryer, and it was delivered fairly quick and they are nice. The 3 bedroom is very spacious and up to date, the complex is pretty quiet for the most part, If I have had a maintenance issue it gets resolved. Management is VERY nice.

Que was through, quick and pretty friendly. Very professional and I understood everything about my lease when he explained it. Keep up the good work 👍

Our furnace decided to go out on New Year’s day (Wednesday) so I called Chris Plumbing Services and they were here first thing Thursday morning my tech was great in explaining to me what was going to happen how much everything was going to cost and he expedited my issues so I wouldn’t have to go without heat for a whole weekend. The tech that came out to install the furnace was at my house by 10 AM and had the furnace completely installed by 2 PM I now have heat and I could not be more appreciative. I would highly recommend Chris Plumbing Services to anybody with these issues. Thank you!

They trouble shot and repaired our hot water heater. My technician was very professional and explained what he did. He was quick, thorough and cleaned up after himself. Water heater is working without further problems. We will be calling Chris Plumbing Services again.

They have helped us out a couple of times once with our plumbing and then with our furnace. They have great employees.
