  I have been going to the tea gardens regularly for many years. The large variety of teas means there is something for everyone and they can be ordered hot or iced. There are many options from delicious eggs Benedict to lighter more healthier dishes. They also have a wide selection of sweet treats. While they are very popular it is still easy for me to grab a quiet table on the patio and unwind with a good book.

  We have been coming here now for several years for their afternoon tea that run about $25, which I think is a great price. The best part is their teas, they are very good with a large variety to choose from. Their scones are delicious, moist and taste freshly made. I’ve found their tea sandwiches are not consistent. On one day, the bread tasted dry and fillings tasteless. Two weeks later we came back and the tea sandwiches were great, bread soft and fluffy, fillings fresh and vibrant. Service is always attentive but if you are here with a group, the wait for your food can be long. I’ve never tried their Victorian tea because I found their rules are too restrictive. If you gave them your final count and someone doesn’t show, you still have to pay for them. So, I’ve never booked the Victorian tea because I’ll be stressing the whole time beforehand, worrying if there is a no show. I think that’s a shame because I would love to experience their fine china and nice linens. They should have some kind of grace period or leniency clause or something. If you are not familiar with the area, it could be a tiny bit hard to find. Just turn in the driveway next to IHOP and drive all the way to the back, their right there in the tan building.

  Love this spot! They really know what they are doing when it comes to tea. So many tea houses don't know how to properly steep tea, but this place always does it right, I've never been served anything less than perfect. Also, lots of options for vegetarians, carnivores alike. Their scones are my favorite, definitely reccomend trying them. Our servers have always been nice, attentive, and very knowledgeable. You may find there can be a bit of a wait, but it is totally worth it.

  Great food, tea, and atmosphere. The people are super nice. That being said, the wait can be super long during lunch hour. Up to 45 minutes just to be seated, and then another 15 before you are even met by a waiter.
  
  They definitely have a popular concept going here, but they need to figure out how to meet demand better.

  Very enjoyable experience. Their breakfast and assortment of teas are delicious. I go crazy for all the little pastries. We had come for a tea party to celebrate mother's day and everything was so cute! My two favorite teas there are the lavender earl grey tea and the English breakfast. You can never go wrong with their sandwiches. For a special treat try the afternoon tea assortment with your special guy or a best friend!
