  I had never been there was before. The facility was clean, the staff was professional and courteous. What sold it for me was Ulysses. He really knew his stuff. My sore back felt so much better. He was very kind, caring, and professional.

  Personally tailored professional therapy with blissful results. I have averaged 1 to 6 massages a month for 12 years to manage pain while living in 5 other cities around the US. When I reached SCV I researched massage therapists in the area and decided to try Elements Massage due to their reputation. They have earned their reputation, it’s excellent! So far Karly and Brittany have blessed me with their healing skills. They are great at detecting and releasing muscular issues in a soothing way. Could not be happier to have Elements Massage to count on.

  After 2 years of pain I broke down and went to a doctor for my shoulder pain. He had me get an MRI which confirmed I had a partially torn rotator cuff and impingement. Went to 2 months of physical therapy to stretch me out and continued going to the gym to stretch and strengthen the effected area and sit in the sauna. After four months still in pain and poor movement I went to Elements. I told them my challenge and they recommended I work with Daniel. Daniel is very technical and wanted to see my MRI. After looking at the MRI he told me no more working out for the foreseeable future, ice the effected areas daily and gave me some new stretches. After going to monthly sessions with Daniel doing targeted therapy I finally turned the corner 3 months later. Highly recommend Daniel if you have any nagging sports related injuries that are not improving.

  My wife and I just had our first visit to Elements. The build-out is understated, but comfortable. I found the staff exceedingly friendly and willing to please. In our case, they had no openings when I tried to reserve a spot, but told me they'd call me back, which they did. The two masseuses that worked on us were called in for our time slot. They made it happen.
  
  Regarding the massage, my wife is more experienced than I, but it was simply the best I've had. Rebecca was very caring, worked some serious knots out of my back and gave me a review of the massage afterwards. My wife said it was the "best massage" she'd ever had. Karlee was her masseuse.
  
  Great place to relax to relax for awhile. Strongly recommend.

  Leslie did an outstanding job! Very professional, yet very experienced as she keyed in on problematic areas quickly. She had nice touches throughout with warm towels for the neck and feet. Overall, she was great and will definitely go back to her.
