GOLD RIBBON AWARDED SCHOOL. TRUST AND LOVE THE STAFF AND TEACHERS WITH MY KIDS. VERY SAFE PICK UP AND DROP OFF SYSTEM. TAKE TIME TO GET TO KNOW EACH STUDENT AND THEIR FAMILIES. WORK WITH PARENTS TO HELP KIDS WITH BENEFITING IN THEIR EDUCATION AND TEST LIMITS SO THEY CAN EXCEED TO KNOWING MORE THEN WHAT THEY KNOW. COULDN'T ASK FOR ANY BETTER FOR MY KIDS TO LEARN FROM.
I am a parent of two child who have and still attend rio vista. Both of my kids love the teachers, staff, students here. The teachers are absolutely the best. They work with you and your student. They go above and beyond. Rio Vista is a Gold Ribbon School for a reason! The principal has the biggest heart. She is what Rio Vista needed. A new leader and she's doing just that. Some people like and can handle change while others seem to be stuck in their ways(parents not staff). This is a great place to have your child start their early education.
Love Rio Vista Elementary. My two older sons are honor students in High School and they both attended Rio Vista Elementary School. I have a 5th grade student and he truly loves this school. Ms. Nolte and all her staff are the best and thank you for your dedication and hard work towards our school and students. I am proud to be a Rio Vista Parent.
I work at Rio Vista and I am also a parent of two students enrolled here. I am VERY proud of this school and the education provided for my children! I am fortunate enough to experience the parent side and the "behind the scenes" of this elementary school. I can whole-heartedly state that I would not have my children at any other school! Every person on staff truly cares about every student and the teachers provide a valuable school experience for all! The PTA also organizes fun events for the families to enjoy throughout the school year! Rio Vista is THE best school in SCV!!
