  Jesse performed a routine service on our air conditioning unit. What I appreciated about the service was he secured wiring that was suspect on my outside unit. He did this without me asking; it is this small attention to detail that has made me a loyal customer.

  I just used Pacific air conditioning for the first time. The repair I requested was done very quickly and they did a very quality job. The tech, Rick performed the repair, he was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work done right at a fair price.

  They are excellent. Brett, the technician who typically services our 2 systems is professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He always explains what is needed in a clear understandable way!

  I was referred to Pacific A/C by a friend in a time of great need - my A/C air handler was making some really loud noises for some time, and eventually it complete busted. It was a ridiculously hot day, and I work from home - ergo, no more work getting done, and already the fear of sleeping in 90 degree heat.
  
  A quick call to their offices was responded by the dispatcher, who quickly identified my unit based on some info she asked me to gather on the side. He let me know that my unit was still under manufacturers warranty, and the part would not cost too much. The labor was about 3 hours worth, at what I believed was a fair price.
  
  But the best part - they arrived in less than 2 hours, with the part in hand. 40 minutes later, my A/C was blowing wonderful, cool air throughout the hours, and I was assured that if any issues arose, they would take care of it.

  We've had 2 AC units replaced by flow tech and they have excellent service! Work is done in a timely fashion and they leave no less behind. The techs was very friendly and helpful. They are always available by phone and come out very quickly for service calls. I highly recommend!
  
  They were professional, honest, fair, and knowledgeable. These guys are a keeper!
