This is not just a gym, it’s Ohana (family). The support you get here is unbelievable from the instructors and the members!!! The workouts are amazing and fun and to sweat this much in just 30 min and carry that energy all day... who could ask for more #fbohana
I love this place!! The workout are intense but can be modified for all levels! 30 minute workouts...all you need to get sweaty and feel accomplished! The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. The other Campers become a “gym family”! A very warm, welcoming environment! And a cute kids corner for those who need to bring their children!
In the 1rst week I have lost weight, turning my I can't into I can and increased my endurance. Thank you Kelly for the encouragement and guidance.
