(November 16, 2018, 2:20 am)Far less crowded than its competition, but a lot of staff wander aimlessly and not helpful. Every time I visit, I end up helping other shoppers. Meat department needs an overhaul on policies and procedures. If you know what you need and know where it is - all good, if you don't expect to hunt. Optometry department has sweet girls, but no staff optometrist? This location needs better management. Will I shop there, yes, but for some things I shop elsewhere. FYI the parking lot cameras are not in service so be careful especially around the holidays.
(July 4, 2018, 2:28 pm)Due to the recent closure of the San Fernando store, I tried out the Valencia store. It is a very large and spacious store with much more merchandise. Food is fresh and samples are enough for lunch, but don't forget the hot dog and soda for $1.50. The general merchandise is reasonably priced. All sizes and a good variety. If you wear glasses, check out the center. Not much to choose from but good service. There is a photo shop. Most important, you need to buy a membership.
