  What makes CFSCV amazing is the people. I have always liked working out in a group; I have done everything from yoga to spin to bootcamp classes. I tried some other Crossfit gyms and I didn't really enjoy it, but after CFSCV I can now say I definitely prefer Crossfit to any other workout. My first day at CFSCV I wasn't quite sure what I was walking into, but everyone was so nice! Two of the coaches showed me around and let me know what to expect, and they were so fun I wanted to workout with them! Every class is coached and they do a great job of teaching movements and really encouraging everyone to do their best. Each class has a warm-up, stretching and mobility, strength and a workout of the day (WOD). Every movement is scale able for your fitness level, and you'll feel awesome every time you improve! CFSCV has a great sense of community; we have parties and barbques and there are always people hanging out at the gym because they love being there. We have a lot of fun while getting strong at the same time!
