Where do I even begin with Aileen. She has changed my life for the better. I started seeing Aileen in 2012. I began with therapy sessions and she always made me feel like I was the only patient. She never makes you feel uncomfortable and she has a way of giving advice that you understand and take to heart, to want to better yourself. I started Cosmo Energy in 2018. I cannot even explain how much more my life changed from the way I look at life itself and to how I understand it. I have the tactics to drift my “energy” to stay in my highest good. It’s the most relaxing, self awareness that we all need in our lives when we feel as if life, health, or anything else isn’t going the way we intended it to be. This is the push we all need to be on the path to greatness. This is the self love you need that is unexplainable until you do it. It’s the most powerful journey I have ever taken and it was all so worth it. My life has changed, and I have changed for the best. I cannot emphasize enough how Aileen has guided me through life with the help of Cosmo Energy, to become the best version of myself. I am so appreciative and grateful of her and her time. The dedication and the knowledge she gives you is worth so much more than what the session costs. What you will walk out with is unbelievable and priceless!
