It is very easy to design a circuit on five or six machines and do 5 reps through them without interfering with others or having somebody else want to come in. The freeweight machines are incredibly diverse. The weights aren't racked very well or very often but still, it is much better than competing for machines at Gold's or LA Fitness, both nearby.”
