They show up when they say they will and keep you informed that day about timing. The service people explain things thoroughly and make sure you are operational.

This is the best heating and air company in the area. The were prompt and professional in every way. I tried several other companies with varied not so good results. Trying to get a quote without having to pay an upfront fee was almost impossible. They scheduled me quickly, answered all my questions and were instrumental in helping me get the replacement unit financed.

I am so happy to see so many 5 star reviews for this company! This review is WAY OVERDUE!

A few years ago our AC stopped working so I started the vetting process of looking for an HVAC company that could accommodate our needs. We needed a compact side-charged AC condenser that would suit the aesthetics of the exterior that my dad was looking for. Not every company was able to provide us with this. Many tried to convince us that we should just replace our compact fitting one that we had on the side of the house with a bulky one on top of our roof. Are you kidding me?!!

Anyways, Kevin came out and gave us a very fair quote. He was not the cheapest; however, he was very patient answering every question I had, and I had many! After several weeks of narrowing down my choices, I finally chose Kevin's crew for this project because I had a good rapport with him, and he seemed really trustworthy.

When the work started, Justin and another guy (I think it was Caesar, I'm embarrassed that I don't remember the other guy's name because it's been a few years) came and these guys were truly top notch. They were very aware of their work areas and made sure messes were not made. The work took only a few days and we even had them install a bathroom ventilation fan for the main bathroom. One thing I must mention, these guys are super well-mannered and polite!!! They treated our house as of it was their own, meaning very conscious of keeping things as clean as possible. We bought them lunch and they couldn't thank us enough. Kevin would come by the house as needed to make sure everything was being installed properly.

Oh!! I almost forgot! On the outside, they had to replace and relocate the wire cover casing that runs up along the wall. After it was relocated, you can see the paint color difference in the area where it originally had the casing covering the wall. One of the times that Kevin came by the check on the work, he saw this and drove down immediately to the closest Home Depot and bought the exact matching paint so that he can paint over this area. You couldn't even tell the casing was moved because the paint matched exactly!! I was so impressed with the attention to detail that Kevin had with this job. Something like this was definitely not required in the job description, I believe any other company would have just left the wall as is for the homeowner to paint themselves.

My regret for not having written this review sooner is that I know I probably forgot much more great things I got to experience working with Kevin and his crew. I can share first hand that choosing the right company to install an HVAC system is not an easy task because you are spending a lot of money and it's something you should only have to do every 15-20 years. Our last system lasted us 20 years, and we are hoping for a long life on this new system. Everything definitely is working great so far and I am so happy that I chose them to do this job. Give them a call!! Once you meet with Kevin, you're sure to get a sense of what I did when I met him. After the job was completed, we felt like he's an extended family member.

Thank you, by the way, Kevin!! We are definitely loving our AC in the summer and warmth in the cold seasons, and actually using it much much more often now than we used to with our old unit!
