We came looking for the Sweetwater Bar & Grill, but found the Cowboy Tavern instead. Apparently, they are now only open for breakfast and lunch. They have a rather extensive menu, but were out of SEVERAL food items we were interested in.

I had the most amazing Fish tacos. Also they have this very cool & refreshing drink with coconut and pineapple sooooo good! Looking forward to exploring the whole menu. I must say their lambchops are AMAZING!!! Not to mention the Salmon. Yes, I now keep going back because their friendly staff makes you feel at home. I Love the food, I love the people! If you like friendly people and delicious food, you should go try this place... YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!

I’ve been there twice since they opened. Really happy with the service and the food. So glad to have another local place to have dinner. I saw a review earlier that was full of a bunch of falsehoods. They are not the only restaurant in town and all the negative comments to my experience are untrue. I have spoken to dozens of people who have eaten there since they opened, 99% of them have been positive. Not sure what the motive was of the one star review. Give this place a try, you won’t be sorry!
