(May 19, 2023, 1:36 pm)I took my 5 year old there and they were great. She was very nervous. The 2 employees pierced her ears at the same time. Then she lost one a few days later and they helped us her a new earring in. Very kind people. I wish I go the guys name that helped us both times, he was so kind!
(July 28, 2021, 11:58 am)This place is in the Westfield Valencia shopping center. It’s a kiosk on the second floor near H&M. I interacted with three different employees there & they’re all very kind, helpful & have great customer service. I needed a piece to be brought in from another store location & they made it super worry free for me. Also had great communication the entire time I was waiting for my jewelry to arrive.
I recommend buying the “insurance” for your jewelry if you’re accident prone. It really is a life saver!
