  To summarize, Jerod exceeded expectations in every way.
  
  I had to sell a property in Santa Clarita and I live in San Diego. I asked professional colleagues in the area for a referral and Jerod was referred. I contacted Jerod and a few other agents and selected Jerod. Everything from that point went smooth and Jerod exceeded my expectations in every way.
  
  Jerod has extensive knowledge of the local market, was always available when I needed to talk to him and most importantly Jerod listened to my needs and responded directly to what was important to me - not what he wanted to respond to but what I needed.
  
  Being an out of town seller I had some unique needs and Jerod was able to help me by being at the property more frequently than would be required in a normal sale. Jerod also helped by providing suggestions for local trades-people to perform repairs or other tasks as needed.
  
  Jerod's local market knowledge enabled the property to be exposed to the maximum number of buyers and agents and we were able to get into a contract very quickly. Jerod did great in negotiations, again, because he listed to me and focused on what was important to me. He didn't come back with offers or suggestions that did not line up with my needs.
  
  Jerod proved to be trustworthy and I never had to worry about Jerod working in my best interest. On all fronts I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

  Jerod was AMAZING.
  
  He took his time, listened, figured out what we wanted. We were first time home buyers and didn't know all the little things that matter - but Jerod did and he was very smooth in the way he helped us figure it all out.
  
  He took the time to look at close to 20 properties with us to get to that point that you find your house and you know "that's the one". How did we find him? Friends of ours recommended Jerod and we were not disappointed.
  
  Summary: When planning to buy in SCV, talk to Jerod, you won't be disappointed!

  Jerod was recommended to us by a friend. He was great about understanding what we were looking for and we had a short, but not-easy list. He patiently looked at over 30 houses for sale, until we were burnt out and then we found the house we now live in.
  
  He was extremely good about helping us through the process and quick to act appropriately, in consultation with us, when needed. In short, our first house buying experience was straightforward with his help and we found a great home, in a very sought after neighborhood. Thank you Jerod.

  Jerod really helped facilitate the purchase of our condo from start to finish, especially considering we were living many states away, unable to look at the house until after the purchase. He found a condo at a great price, negotiated with the seller's agent before the condo went on the market, and closed the deal. You could not ask for more in a real estate agent. He is highly recommended! Quick to answer calls and emails, and even willingly to work with us during the confusing ESGROW process.

  Jerod spent months helping my aunt find a suitable townhouse even though she did not have her sights set on an expensive home. He never tried to hurry her in the decision making process as we experienced with the agent before him. This meant a lot to us as she felt overwhelmed at times. Very helpful gentleman.
