  Provence is a wonderful apartment community and our leasing agent Jennifer is the best we’ve ever had experience with. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She communicated with us extremely well as we leased the apartment online from Florida. I can honestly say she is a huge reason we chose Provence over the many other communities in the area. We understand the importance of having a good people in the leasing office who have a passion for the work they do.

  Overall the Provence is a very nice place to live in with a family. They offer great amenities and have a maintenance crew that promptly takes care of any issues. We’ve been living here for 3 years and recently transferred to a larger apartment. Shannon from the leasing office provided great service throughout the whole process. She always took time to address any questions and concerns and helped us a lot with all the formalities.
  
  Areas for improvement:
  The playground could use a makeover and better shading.

  We just moved into Provence. The move in process was so easy. Shannon at the front office is such a nice lady and is always there to help me with anything I need. She made the whole process stress free. The apartment looks brand new with all new appliances, new carpet, fresh paint, updated flooring. We are very happy here.

  Our move in experience and initial month living here have so far been fantastic. (I don't use the word fantastic lightly).
  
  The staff stands out in-particular...Jennifer and Shannon both being professional and polite.
  
  Jennifer Chavez has gone above and beyond to ensure our move in went smoothly as most of it was done remotely. She was answering e-mails after hours, while on her vacation and going out of her way to make sure there were no snags. Thank you for that.
  
  The property imo is beautiful, the area and amenities all feel brand new and the community has been surprisingly welcoming for a large apartment complex. (2 neighbors have dropped by already to say hello).
  
  The apartment itself is clean, modern, comfortable...with great appliances and Central AC. We even had new windows installed as we moved in...they look and function great.
  
  We've had 2 minor maintenance requests thus far...the response time was fast, the maintenance representative (missed the name) was professional and courteous and the problems were resolved quickly.
  
  The only cons I've seen thus far are what you might expect from living in an apartment...footsteps from above at times, as well as traffic can be a bit noisy as it is alongside a busy street. But honestly have been no bother to us personally.
  
  Overall the experience thus far has been great for my little family and I...we love it here so far and I will update my review after time passes.

  Jennifer helped us find the perfect apartment and our application process was very smooth and easy! She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and we we're very pleased with the condition of our apartment upon move in! The community is quiet and well maintained and I would highly recommend the apartments to everyone!
