The technican was excellent!! She made the experience very calming. The staff was very nice.
I had to wait for about 20 minutes which I wasn’t too happy about but I understand that things happen.
The reason i didn’t give 5 stars was the parking. Had to drive around for a while before I found a parking space. A lot of compact spaces but no compact cars parked there. I saw a sign for valet parking but no one was there.

Front office was very welcoming. I waited maybe 8 minutes before being called back. Technician made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing. In and out in less than half hour. Great visit all around.

Short wait til procedure. Both technicians were knowledgeable and explained what they were doing. Doctor was in doing a biopsy, so there was a wait for test results
I would advise trying to go in am, lots of people start to arrive in the afternoon. Easy parking, no charge. Old picture online, it now says UCLA on the building, not Facey.

Santa Clarita Imaging was very fast, professional and efficient in handling the MRI for my spine. I had a 745 appointment and was literally in and out within 30 minutes, with cd images of my spine as well. The gentleman at the front desk was nice, courteous and professional with explaining everything. The MRI technician was also very nice and professional as well. Although I've been in a lot of pain, they made this experience pain free.

I was called and sent numerous texts reminding me of my appointment. I liked the ability to fill out forms prior to my appointment to expedite my visit. The whole process is what every medical appointment should be like. Everyone I was greeted by was very professional and I was overall pleased with the entire experience.
