My experience here was great. The staff is wonderful. They fixed my flute that needed minor adjustment for free. My flute plays wondefully. I felt so comfortable to walk and look around the store with no judgment.There is so much passion here for music. Thank you!

I've been looking for a music store like this ever since I got to L.A. from Toronto.
Annie & Ben were so great to deal with.
I won't speak about the corporate stores that lacked any warmth in welcoming musicians to their instruments. The people at this store are all about supporting and expanding the arts.
Great quick repair, after my trumpet was knocked over onto its mouthpiece at my 1st time ever at the whisky a gogo backstage on a gig.

I took my older tuba to the Valencia store to be serviced. This was the first service in 15 years. The technician did a great job and returned my horn ahead of schedule. Highly recommend their shop for any brass repairs

Nick Rail is a fantastic music store! They’re a mainstay that’s been in the same location for years, always stocked with great items at great prices. And their instrument repair department is one of the best around. I took a saxophone there that a different shop was not able to repair correctly and Brian at Nick Rail had it working like new in less than 24 hours! Highly recommended!

Amazing and friendly people work here! I had to get my violin restrung, and they were able to complete it within an hour. They took great care of my instrument and even offered to vacuum out my case. I will definitely come here again and again! :)
