“I recently switched to BID Family Medical in Medfield for convenience because the practice is literally down the street from my house. I love this practice. I love Dr. Fleischmann. I feel cared for when I'm not well or have a question(s). The nurse calls back and goes through all the questions to make sure it's not an urgent matter. The nurse calls me right away to follow-up after a surgery. When my husband had a surgery at Mount Aurburn, he didn't receive any follow-up calls. The Reiki session was a very good experience. I could feel the warmth of the energy in certain areas on my body when miss Ginny was working on me. “We called 3 other “24hr” mechanics before this guy and should have called him first!!! We called this place at early opening hours (3am) in dire need of a mechanic to fix a busted fuel line. We were driving through the area from Ky and going south. Justin answered the phone within a few rings and asked what happened... within an hour he was to our location and working on replacing the fuel line. This guy was a god send. We very much appreciated him getting up and coming to us to help us get back on our way. He was kind, courteous, prompt but extremely thorough in explaining what he was going to do and pricing!
