“I found this gem by accident. My son knows the receptionist and he told me about the pet grooming. I have had bad luck in the past with groomers. Not any more. I have to say my dogs were treated so well that I will be going back. My older dog has skin tags/growths and I'm happy to say that they cared enough to miss cutting them. So I'm happy to say that my concerns were listened to. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the results.”

“Nice so nice lot to pick from the staff is a bit hungry n may rub people wrong I felt how I felt at the car dealer when buying a car for $10,000 though I was only buying beds and a dresser for 4300 very similar feeling experience she's also a bit overwhelming and the hungry nature of the employees and the shity attitude of the manager at this store here in Valencia is less than desirable manager kind of makes people feel stupid I think he does it on purpose”
