Ruben and Debra kept me up-to-date on when my art arrived to their facility for framing, when they started framing and when they were going to ship it out. They even charged me LESS than what I was quoted and didn't even charge me for the shipping supplies (which couldn't have been cheap as everything was packed perfectly and made it back to me in pristine condition).
