I spent the day looking at "box vans" but was disappointed by what I found (price and condition). I wasnt planning on going to Penske it was just close to another truck I was looking at . I walked in and told Daysi what I was looking for and within 15 minutes she was showing me the truck I ended up buying . The truck was cleaner , newer and better maintained than anything else I seen that day . I was just about to give up for the day . Thanks Daysi for a great truck . It is going to make life and work so much easier .

I am amazed by the customer service provided by Daysi Vargas. There was great professionalism when speaking in either English or Spanish. I recommend getting your trucks here. My experience was excellent when getting my 2017 Freightliner. I suggest you ask for Daysi.

We bought 4 used trucks through Penske, and there were multiple hiccups on the way until we picked them up. However, Nina from Torrance Center helped us throughout the entire purchase process, and it would've taken so much longer if she didn't help us. She is such a professional that has good knowledge about trucks from Penske and helps customers as much as she can. I can't say that the purchase through Penske was smooth, but we finally got all of them ready to be used. If we need to purchase additional used trucks, I will definitely reach out to Nina.
