Caliber Collision

Absolutely great experience with Caliber. Their Customer service is a 5 star experience. Vince was amazing. Professional, communicative and helpful. When my car was ready for pick up, they detailed my car and was super clean on the inside as well. My car looked better than before! Thank you all for a great experience.

Insurance person sent me to Caliber Collision to fix minor damages done from a guy 'accidentally' reversed into me at a left turn. Dropped it off on Friday Feb. 11 got it back Friday Feb. 18. (I had a rental also provided by them through enterprise.. my rental was small (ford sport-age or something) but it was like a 2020 Ford, cool features did the job) I believe Angel was the gentleman helping, very personable, cool guy. Definitely a business worth trusting! Definitely recommend! Quick & Attentive! I loved the text message alerts to let me know exactly what was going on with my car. They cleaned her up nice for me and everything. Good is new. Also it's a life time warranty on anything they fixed so I'm definitely happy about that as well!
