I was referred here by my auto dealership who uses Ramon's. I'm very pleased with my experience. Robert was very friendly and courteous. I stopped by without an appt. They quoted me a very fair price on replacing the leather for my passenger seat (the perforated leather had been destroyed from my 90lb dog's nails and 12 years of use). Robert was conservative and even advised against a few other possible repairs I inquired about, stating my original leather was still strong and in good condition. He even brought various samples out to my car so I could choose the leather that would look best inside my car. The repair went smoothly. I was quoted a two hour wait and I was out the door in 1 hr 45 min. Can't say enough about Ramone's and my interior finally looks good as new again. Thank you!!
