She then tracked down my cellphone number and said some extremely racist and vulgar remarks which are well documented, and too harsh to repeat here. She then placed a baseless, racially induced negative feedback on yelp. Meanwhile I was still trying to be very accommodating, and baffled by her actions. It is very unfortunate that someone can defame a company that prides itself in customer service, simply out of deep rooted racism and bigotry. Since I'm sure you knew the whole back story before posting, I'm sure this applies to you as well. I pray for you.
