He’s an amazing boss and it’s really hard to find someone that will appreciate your work like that . He is always looking for ways to give back to his employees. From winter parties to raffles and family picnics. Mike is the boss and leader everyone needs . LA specialty is the best company ...very glad I found this company and I am more than proud to be working here .
