This is my first time using this company and I was not disappointed. Four other plumbing companies came to my house to fix problems we were having with our gas water heater. The fourth company diagnosed the problem and offered me a fix; The costs were exorbitant. The company we have a recurring contract with were unable to diagnose the problem, came out and also gave me an outrageous estimate of things they should have told us earlier. They are polite, thorough and reasonable. I am a fan and will use them again. Thank you

And they take the time to explain exactly what the problem is and what are the ways to solve it.
