I have to say as the President of an Association where the Kelemen's do a very large amount of business, I can honestly say that they are by far one of the better agents you can hope to work with. Their longevity and track record here speaks for itself. They look out for the best interests of all concerned, not simply the person who hires them. As a potential buyer or landlord, you could not ask for more diligent assistance with extensive knowledge of the properties they sell or lease. As a potential tenant you can rest assured you will not be stuck in a situation where your landlord refuses to make necessary repairs and forces you to live with it or worse, pay for it!

It saddens me to see the disgruntled reviews below, as these are people who are clearly unwilling to do what is necessary to be and remain a "good" landlord/seller. The Kelemen's attempt to avoid investors such as these who desperately demand their large rents yet have no interest in maintaining the integrity of their properties. Sometimes the truth hurts and being told that you need to perform necessary and obligatory repairs before your unit can be successfully sold or rented might not be pleasant, but it is a fact of life and they are doing the right thing for you, your tenant, and your investment in the long run.

This is no excuse to go online and disparage a business. Own your own shortcomings and don't blame it on the professionals. Online reviews should not be used to bash people, but to assist other responsible people who are looking for guidance but also are willing to do the right thing.
